Ayurveda is a science which deals with complete wellness in life. In order to be optimally healthy we should tune our bodies to nature’s master cycle. Nature’s cycle is dominated by macro form of five basic elements viz. Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Our body represents the micro form of these elements.
